Cheryl is a seasoned hospitality and real estate professional with over 30 years of award-winning leadership experience, rooted in the Jamaican ethos of “irie—Yes I Can!”
She began her career at Jamaica’s first five-diamond resort, Ciboney, in Ocho Rios. As a founding partner of Gordian, Cheryl prioritizes a passion for delivering personalized service and attention to detail.
Her global experience spans managing hotels, residential units, and condominium associations, where her customer-centric approach ensures seamless service across diverse client needs.
Cheryl has overseen multi-million-dollar projects and trained teams to excellence while maintaining fiscal accountability. Her skills in budgeting, forecasting, profit/loss analysis, asset management, and staff training have benefited her high-net-worth clients and those new to the industry.
Cheryl holds an MBA in Business Administration. She is active in professional real estate organizations, including as a past Chapter President of the Washington DC Institute of Real Estate Management. Based in the Washington, DC area, she enjoys community fellowship, fine dining, travel, and spending time with her husband, three children, and her dog, Cookyz.

As a co-founder of Gordian, she brings over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial property management, simplifying complexities in tenant relations, vendor management, and risk mitigation.
Paula is multilingual, multicultural, and deeply committed to diversity, advocating for leadership that creates inclusive opportunities. Her early adoption
of technology and principled approach to leadership have greatly benefited her career.
Paula holds a CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is a licensed Realtor in Virginia. Her dedication to learning and community involvement underscores her commitment to staying informed in a dynamic industry. Known for her keen eye for detail and analytical problem-solving, Paula maximizes client assets and fosters long-term relationships.
She lives in Virginia with her family, actively participating in her community and hobbies.
Born in the UK to Cameroonian parents, Viola’s multicultural background shapes her approach to business, emphasizing intercultural flexibility. Before moving to the U.S. in 1992, she built a successful career consulting for private sector and local governments in the UK, managing teams at IBM, Wang, and other Fortune 100 technology companies. Her experience includes roles at Rothschilds, Unisys, and KPMG, and founding an

She has been an Ambassador to the World Economic Forum and spoken at the “Davos Summit.” Her strategic oversight and commitment to competitive excellence will be instrumental in distinguishing Gordian in the asset and property management industry.
